Frank Pastore's Background
- Frank Pastore was a major-league pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds (1979 - 1985) and the Minnesota Twins (1986). He has earned degrees in business administration, theology and political science. For two years he was involved in the national leadership of Athletes in Action, the sports ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.
Since 2004 Pastore has been the host of KKLA's "The Frank Pastore Show," the most popular talk show program in the nation. He integrates religion and politics with the news of the day in an entertaining and stimulating style.

- Business Admininstration - 1989 - National University (magna cum laude)
- Master of Philosophy of Religion and Ethics - 1994 - Talbot School of Theology at Biola University (summa cum laude)
- Master of Political Philosophy and American Government - 2003 - Claremont Graduate School
As an interesting sidenote, Pastore gained the official record for completing the 72-ounce steak meal challenge at the Big Texan steakhouse in Amarillo, Texas in 1987. His record was not broken until 2008.
